Seeded sourdough made with a blend of white and rye flour with toasted seeds added to the dough and on the outside for a seeded crust - made by Orientee Artisan Bakery in Birmingham. Orientee Artisan Bakery is an independent local business based in Birmingham City Center, the founder graduated from The School of Artisan Food. They are passionate about natural good food and all their bread is produced through a slow fermented artisan method; made on site, by their bakers working through the night and baked in the early morning.
